Ståle has extensive experience with consulting, litigation and dispute resolution. He assists both corporate and private clients.
Ståle has experience with a wide range of topics in business succession, inheritance planning, inheritance disputes, financial settlements after divorce or termination of cohabitation, and international administration and division of estates. Ståle furthermore has considerable experience with private and public administration and division of decedents’ estates, and he is a regular estate administrator in public administrations and divisions of estates for Oslo County Court. Ståle regularly teaches inheritance and family law at the Faculty of Law, University of Oslo. He is also a sought-after speaker on these topics for other lawyers at Juristenes Utdanningssenter, as well as at the annual continuing education course for lawyers.
